Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) explains how returns, refunds and cancellations are handled for purchases made from Gibbon Nutrition (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) through our website and official sales channels. By placing an order, you (“Customer”, “you”, “your”) agree to this Policy, in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. Return & Refund Eligibility
You may request a return and refund for a product purchased from Gibbon Nutrition if:

The product is damaged, leaked or defective at the time of delivery.

The product delivered is different from what you ordered (wrong flavour / variant / size / product).

The product is near expiry or expired at the time of delivery.

There are items missing from a combo or multi-unit pack.
In all cases:

A return request must be raised within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery.

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, with all seals, labels, tags and accessories intact.

The original invoice must be available and shared if requested.
If these conditions are not met, Gibbon Nutrition reserves the right to reject the return / refund request.
2. Products Not Eligible for Return / Refund
You are not eligible to return or receive a refund for:

Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with after delivery.

Products without the original packaging, seals, labels, serial numbers, or invoice.

Products purchased during special promotions, clearance sales, or offers which clearly state “No Return / No Refund”.

Free products, gifts, samples, or other complimentary items received with your order.

Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper storage, or handling by the customer.
3. Time Limits for Reporting Issues
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please note the following:

Damage / leakage / wrong item: Report within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos and/or video.

Near-expiry / expired product: Report within 7 days of delivery.

Missing items: Report within 48 hours of delivery.
If you fail to report the issue within the above timelines, we may not be able to process a return or refund.

Clear photos/videos of the product, outer packaging, inner packaging, invoice, and visible damage / defect (if any)

Verification
Our team will verify your request and may ask for additional information or photos. Based on our assessment, we will approve or reject the return / refund request. -
Shipping the Product Back
If your return is approved:-
We will share the return address and instructions.

You must pack the product securely to avoid damage in transit.

A copy of the invoice should be enclosed in the package.

Inspection & Decision
After we receive the returned product, our quality team will inspect it.-
If the product meets our return conditions, we will process your refund as per Section 6.

If the product does not meet the conditions (used, tampered, missing parts, wrong item sent back, etc.), the return may be rejected and the product may be shipped back to you at your cost.

5. Return Shipping Cost

The cost of shipping the product back to Gibbon Nutrition will be borne entirely by the customer.

We do not currently offer reverse pickup or prepaid return labels.

You must send the product via a reliable, trackable courier service of your choice.

Original shipping charges, COD fees, and payment gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable.
If the return is due to an error clearly attributable to Gibbon Nutrition (for example: wrong item sent, confirmed damage in transit, etc.), we may, at our sole discretion, offer a resolution which could include replacement, store credit, or another remedy communicated to you in writing.
6. Refund Mode & Timelines
Once your returned product is received and approved:

Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days from the date of approval.

For online payments (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, wallet, etc.): the refund will be processed to the original payment method, subject to your bank / payment provider’s policies.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: the refund will be made via bank transfer / UPI / wallet, based on the details provided by you.
-
In some cases, we may offer store credit / coupon instead of a bank refund, if you choose that option.
We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or external financial institutions.
7. Order Cancellation by Customer

If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us before the order is shipped / dispatched.

If the order is cancelled before dispatch, we will refund 100% of the amount paid.

If the order has already been shipped, it will be treated as a return and all terms of this Policy (including customer-borne return shipping) will apply.
8. Order Cancellation by Gibbon Nutrition
We reserve the right to cancel any order, in full or in part, at our sole discretion, including (but not limited to) the following cases:

Product is out of stock or discontinued.

Issues related to pricing errors or incorrect information on the website.

Suspicious, bulk or fraudulent orders, or orders not meant for personal consumption.

Invalid / incomplete address or contact details.
In such cases:

If your payment has been processed, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item(s) in accordance with Section 6.

Any promotional vouchers or coupons used may or may not be reissued, at our discretion.
9. Limitation of Liability
Gibbon Nutrition’s liability for any claim arising out of a transaction on our website shall be limited to the value of the product in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages.
All returns, refunds and cancellations are subject to this Policy and applicable laws in India.
